Please note:
1.No order will be post unless fully paid, please email proof of payment to: parfum@jacoline.co.za – use name or invoice no as reference.
2.Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery, after proof of payment has been received.
3.Jacoline Pty Ltd make use of Pudo / The Courier Guy courier services @ R70 per parcel.
4.It is the responsibility of the buyer to track all parcels once they have been despatch from us. Jacoline Pty Ltd may not be held liable for any damages or delays once orders have left.
5.Jacoline Pty Ltd reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notification.
In honor of the South-African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) we will gladly pass credit within 7 business days from the date of delivery.
Please note:
1.Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. (UNOPNED & UNUSED).
2.If you need to return/exchange your item(s) due to a change of mind or any similar reason - where it is not due to a fault from Jacoline Pty Ltd you will be liable for return fees. If the wrong size or fabulous fragrance was delivered to you by fault of Jacoline Pty Ltd your exchange will be done free of charge.
